"Runner Push-out" system
Problem = Operator manually have to push the "runner" using a metal rod. Due to it stick
to the mold.
Consequences = Low yield rate , Less output, Dangerous for operator, "Safety door" open-close
every time.., Delay
Improvement result = This system help to push automatically the "Runner" from a Plastic molding machine.
high output, Yield rate increase, safety to operator, Less "Safety door" maintenance.
